RPE metrics made simple

We have complemented our GPS monitoring system with the JOHAN RPE app. This easy-to-use (mobile) app makes it possible to get insight into the readiness of players to train or play a match. Coaches can schedule these forms based on their training program. The Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) provides insights into how your players experienced the training session and how they recover from it (muscle soreness, sleep quality, fatigue levels, mood, stress).

Get insights into the exertion of players with quick exertion forms. Make a schedule so players receive a notification on their mobile phone

Schedule recovery forms to monitor the recovery of players after training sessions and matches. Learn more about fatigue levels, muscle soreness, sleep, stress levels, and mood to adjust your training schedule if necessary.

Players can fill in injury forms if they sustained an injury. As a coach, you can see their injury history and create an adjusted training schedule for the injured player.
