Is there warranty period on the products?
The lease agreement includes a full technical warranty on the Pacer and smarthub for the entire contract period. If somethingdoes not work properly, it will be replaced immediately. The heart rate vests/ heart rate belts are not covered by this warranty.
Are software updates included in the contract?
Yes, these are included in the software license(s). This means everyone with the latest and same version.
What exactly does the implementation look like?
We make an appointment for each club (on location or online) to provide a full explanation of the JOHAN's products and software. We ensure that every team is up & running within 1 week.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes that is possible. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Is there a trial period in the contract?
Yes, during the first two months of the contract you have the option to terminate the contract if the system does meet the desired requirements. The full amount will be refunded to the club's account.
What happens after the contract expires?
At the end of the contract, the collaboration will be evaluated and a possible new lease period will be agreed.
What is the approximate delivery time?
For the Netherlands & Belgium approximately 3-5 working days. For foreign shipments it make take longer 1-2 weeks. Please contact us for a exact delivery date.
